Meet Melanie Engel who brings over 30 years of business experience to the Costa Rican real estate market. Melanie relocated to Playa Flamingo with her family in 2014 from Canada and quickly became one of the leaders in the area, specializing in the beach communities along the Gold Coast of Guanacaste. She launched Flamingo Beach Realty in 2016 and has since loved every minute of it! She and her husband, Michael, built their family home in Flamingo and are building a second home and condo in Reserva Conchal.
Melanie’s passion for her clients is evident.
